About us
Two people. A clear idea of training.
Gianluca and Greta Zambelli grew up in sport. Greta started with karate, Gianluca with boxing, coached by their father, a martial arts master. Over the years they became passionate about what goes on behind a competition: athletic conditioning, training, the work in the gym. Then came their studies. Gianluca graduated in physiotherapy and sports science, Greta in sports science and sports massage therapy. With Ikan they wanted to offer everyone the same method used with an athlete, grounded in science and built around each person, bringing together training, recovery and nutrition.

The brand
The brand, curated by Blupardo.
The Ikan brand is managed by Blupardo SRL. Through Blupardo, Aurora Marino looks after the brand's identity, direction and development, together with club management and marketing strategy, so that everything, online and at the club, is consistent and recognisable. The most important project so far is the new hybrid area: Blupardo designed it, coordinated the collaboration with Nike Strength and handled the project's communication, online and offline.

What are the club's opening hours?
The club is open every day, from 6:00 to 24:00.
How can I get started?
Book a free call: we'll listen to your goals and recommend the right membership, with no obligation.
What memberships are available?
Open Gym, Hybrid + Open Gym and Hybrid Full Access, for 12 or 6 months, starting from €58.25 per month. For new members, university students home for short periods and holidaymakers there's also 1 month Full Access for €80.
Are classes included in the membership?
It depends on the plan: Open Gym doesn't include classes, Hybrid + Open Gym includes 2 a week, and Hybrid Full Access includes all of them, with no limits.
What classes do you offer?
Hyrox, Crosstraining, Hybrid, Functional and Pilates. Each session lasts 50 minutes: days and times are in the schedule on the Classes page.
What does the Recovery area offer?
Sports massage therapy, post-injury and preventive rehabilitation, deep tissue massage and sports nutrition. You can also book a nutrition consultation on its own.
Is there parking?
Yes, the club has free parking for customers.
Are there changing rooms and showers?
Yes, there are changing rooms with showers and free lockers for members.
What should I bring to train?
Sportswear, clean shoes to use only in the gym and a towel. Water is free: bring your own bottle to refill.
