An idea that becomes a space
We are Greta and Gianluca, and Ikan is our way of combining what we love: movement, design, and people.
We didn't just want to open a gym; we wanted to create a unique space where people feel part of something. A place where training is just the starting point for building a vibrant community that supports each other, grows together, and shares goals, results, hard work, and satisfaction.
A Symbol of Strength and Elegance
Our inspiration comes from the Ikan Bettah, a small Eastern fish as elegant as it is determined, which fights for its space without ever giving up.
A perfect symbol of our vision: aesthetics, strength, and resilience.
This is how Ikan was born. An environment with attention to detail, combining the effectiveness of hybrid training (weightlifting, functional, cardio) with a deeper and more personal dimension of well-being.

Hyrox: Gianluca's Challenge
Gianluca approaches training with a competitive and motivating mindset, dedicating himself entirely to Hyrox races, and continually involving more athletes and enthusiasts in an ambitious, shared journey.

She creates genuine connections, radiates energy, and daily builds a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and encouraged to improve, both inside and outside the studio.

An environment that respects the future
We are young and also care about the future.
That is why we have made a small effort to reduce our environmental impact: we have reduced the use of plastic and water thanks to the free distribution of filtered water and the digitalization of data.
In addition, we have a solar panel, kentia plants, and a purification and air conditioning system.
Training at Ikan also means making a more conscious choice.
