HYROX CLASSES
The Hyrox course is structured into circuits that alternate running and various functional stations, similar to those found in the competition. Participants will challenge themselves with demanding sessions, improving endurance, strength, and agility in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
The course is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM, and on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM, and is designed to suit all fitness levels.
HYROX PROGRAMMING
For those aiming to compete, Ikan offers personalized athletic preparation programs. Dr. Gianluca Zambelli, a physiotherapist, kinesiologist, and official Hyrox coach, develops specific training programs that take into account individual needs and experience levels.
Each program is designed to optimize performance and prevent injuries, incorporating targeted exercises and recovery strategies. With continuous monitoring, Gianluca provides on-site and WhatsApp support to ensure every athlete can reach their maximum potential.
Athletic preparation is not limited to physical training: our approach can also include nutritional aspects, which are fundamental for effective competition.
