The Hyrox course is an intensive training program inspired by the famous Hyrox Race, designed to test your physical and mental capabilities. This course combines endurance, strength, and agility exercises through a series of stations, challenging participants to push their limits. Each session offers a comprehensive workout aimed at improving cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, making it ideal for those seeking a stimulating challenge or for those who wish to compete.

Hyrox Strength is a high-intensity workout that combines different disciplines such as weightlifting, cardio, and functional training. The goal is to improve strength and endurance. It's the ideal class for those looking for a challenging type of workout: it will be a fight against yourself.

A course designed to introduce children to Hyrox training in a fun and safe way. Through functional circuits and dynamic games, they develop strength, endurance, and coordination. Discipline, self-confidence, and team spirit are also fostered. The course is designed to transform energy into a passion for sports: welcome, future champions.

Ages: 8-15

Fit Shoto was developed by the Ikan team: it combines karate techniques and bodyweight exercises to music. Through punching bag drills and movement sequences, it improves cardiovascular endurance, tones muscles, relieves stress, and increases coordination.

Functional walking offers an ideal workout to improve cardiovascular endurance and promote overall well-being. Choreographed walking at a sustained pace helps burn calories, while functional exercises increase muscle tone and improve physical fitness.
